Welcome to Day Three of Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags! We have another terrific guest and sponsor today: Concord & 9th.
Concord & 9th has some of the most original designs out there, I think, and so I can't wait to see what they sent me! (And the rest of Tracey's design team, of course.) Canada Post labour issues strike again (so to speak?). In the meantime, I pulled out a couple of sets that I have to make this:
The twig wreath comes from the Love You Mean It set, (sadly, it appears to have been retired). I turned and stamped the wreath three times then embossed it in sparkly embossing powder. Doing a quarter of the wreath at a time, I stamped the tiny berries and embossed in red. The to and from are from the Perfectly Penned alphabet set - yes, I used some of the little stamps at the bottom that are so easy to overlook! I had originally thought I would leave the centre of the tag open, but it seemed to need something else, so I added some patterned paper to the back and fussy cut it to match the outside of the wreath. The deep red ribbon brings out the red of the berries.
For details on how to participate in this fun event - and perhaps win a prize! - visit Tracey's blog, where you'll also see the fabulous makes by the Concord & 9th team as well as Tracey's team. Hope you'll join in the fun!

Lovely tag, fab job with the wreath and those berries, must have taken forever but was worth it.
Beautiful! I love the wreath and the ribbon!
Gorgeous! I have that set, so we know what I'll be doing at some point: casing YOU! Love this!

Love that twig wreath, and this is such a nice way to use it.
so sweet...love your beautiful wreath and gorgeous ribbon!
Such a pretty tag. Love how you triple stamped to make that beautiful wreath. So sorry your mail has been held up.
Thank you so much for sharing this tremendously creative tag!
This is so sweet Lindsey, I'll have to look over some of my wreath stamps/dies. Now that I think about it, I also have some mistletoe sprigs I could make a wreath from...Thanks for the inspiration AND BTW, yes, this strike thing is more than a little bit of a pain! I hope you get your goodies soon.
Beautiful tag! Gorgeous design & layers. That rich red looks so striking against the white and craft colors.
Beautiful tags - love the layers and that lovely elegant wreath!
Great idea to use the wreath for the tag. I love that look and it's a perfect tag size!
I adore your sweet little holly wreath. This is so warm and inviting. Great use of layering to add texture. Thanks for sharing.

I love that this looks so simple but elegant and traditional.
Love your tag! I have a thing for wreaths (and patterned paper, as well!). The design of the paper is very pretty and the burgundy ribbon ties everything together so nicely.
I love how you created your twig wreath. It may be retired, but I still very much love this set.
Fabulous wreath, I love how you slipped the label in to it!
That’s such a great tag ! I’m such a sucker for your little wreath ! Love, Marjorie
