Inkspirational is back with a new word prompt challenge that is perfect for spring: GROW! I have lots of plant sets, plus a few more specifically garden-related sets. I pulled out a ten year old stamp set to see what I could come up with:
This watering can stamp has a built in weathered look, so all I had to do is ink it up in grey. I masked off the top and added the stems and yellow blossoms. To ground it, I used a couple of the other stamps in the set, along with a little ink blending, to create my own version of washi tape. The sentiment is from a probably equally old set. I added a few small blossoms to accent it.
Lots of beautiful inspiration from my Inkspirational teammates! Grow a card and join us!
Supplies: Neenah white & Stampin' Up basic grey cardstock, Papertrey Ink Garden Variety & Simple Sunflower stamps, Stampin' Up basic grey & garden green & Catherine Pooler tiara inks, MFT stitched rounded rectangle die, foam tape

Such a pretty spring card I don't have a watering can, let alone one filled with lovely blooms. Your *washi* tape is a wonderful touch!

Loving the stamps, the colour combo AND your attention to detail on this one, Lindsey! Jo x
Such a sweet card, Lindsey, and I remember these stamps so well. It was my first watering can stamp. You are inspiring me to pull out some old favorites.
Great stamp set, the weathered look of the watering can gives it a realistic look and I love the detail of the faux washi tape too.
Gorgeous work Lindsey! Love the pops of yellow~
How very cute. I love the layout of this card and that watering can is sooo wonderful. Love it.
