Spring Tulips

It wasn't quite like spring here today, so I thought I'd put a little spring on a card.

This card went together remarkably quickly. I stamped the tulips and watercoloured them with distress markers — with less than a week to go in The Daily Marker 30 Day colouring challenge, I had yet to use them, so decided this was a good opportunity. This sentiment keeps the use of the card flexible... it could be get well, sympathy, even a birthday card with the right inside sentiment.

Supplies: Canson watercolour paper, Craft Smith red card base, Unity Tulips and Daisies stamps, Versafine onyx black ink, distress markers, MFT blueprints 24 stitched rectangle die

Pin It Now!
