Welcome to a brand new challenge at Color Hues! With Valentine's Day just two weeks away, we have an appropriate colour pairing for you: RED and PINK. I'm a big fan of red, not such a big fan of pink, but I put them together anyway!
I've been practicing with some of my Concord & 9th Turnabout stamps, and this stamp is an obvious one for a Valentine. Stamping it all four times, I used two shades of pink ink and two of red. I used the dies from the Everyday Bouquet Turnabout Kit for my sentiment, popping up the white square with a piece of chipboard. I'm adding this to the current Addicted to CAS challenge, Pattern.
I guess it's not a big surprise to reveal that many of the Color Hues team took the Valentine route with their cards! We also have a new guest designer, Julie, so be sure to visit the Color Hues blog for lots of red and pink inspiration.

Love this turnabout stamp--so perfect for Valentine's Day, but I can think of all kinds of ways to use it for other occasions! Love the red borders, too.

What a great idea for those two colors. I like both pink and red, but struggle to put them together. Your valentine looks wonderful, and is a great way to use both of those colors.
