Shopping Our UFOs

Shopping our Stash has headed into the Area 52 of the crafting world for their current challenge: UnFinished Objects, or UFOs. :D I am hoping to jump in and use up lots of my *saved* bits and create a little more room... for more bits? Here's my first one:

I can't even tell you when I made this little outdoor scene... except I remember my plan was for there to be an Eiffel Tower in the background behind the greenery. I tried it twice, it just didn't want to work, and I made a tower-less scene that I then didn't use. So here it is now! I stamped and embossed a pandemic-appropriate sentiment on an already die cut sentiment banner, and presto, I have a card.

I have a squadron of UFOs lined up, waiting to take off and be made into finished cards!

Supplies: Neenah white cardstock, Strathmore mixed media paper, Unity (?), Gina K. Designs Tropical Flowers stamps, Versafine onyx black, Stampin' Up garden green & tumbled glass & mowed lawn distress inks (I think), Wow clear gloss embossing powder, MFT stitched square & Simon Says Stamp Small Folded Banners dies, MFT cloud stencil, Frisket masking liquid

Pin It Now!

This is a wonderful card. Love that fun scene. I have literally boxes of UFO's all over, and I must make time to complete at least a few of them for this challenge. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love this scene you created, regardless of it being sans Eiffel Tower! Thanks for joining in at Shopping Our Stash!

I want to step into this scene and have a sip of wine with you! A wonderful 'sense of place'! Your reference to the Eiffel Tower sparked memories of my trips to Paris (with my brother on our two Tour de France adventures)...a lovely city!
