I seem to be getting to Flashback Fridays challenges a little later each time I play! This time around, the challenge is to revisit your first project that used a die-cut. Long before I owned a die-cut machine, I made this little card thanks to a die-cut I was given:
The original post is from January of 2011, and was a CASE (copy and share everything) of a card of Emily's that I made when she was the featured stamper on Splitcoast Stampers. She was also the provider of the die-cut! I did get all fancy by cutting one end off. :P

Cute card! Isn't the blogging community wonderful! I've also been the recipient of some fabulous little diecuts from my friends in blog land. Thanks for playing along at Flashback Friday!
Love the way you framed the flower image with the black. :)
SOOOO fun! I love the red/b/w color combo...and I LOVE that your first die cutting was from Jan. 2011! I need to go back and see when I started! Isn't it fun to look back??

Great layout and colours. The black, white & red does work perfectly on kraft. I must reach for the kraft card stock more.
Thanks for the inspiration from all those years ago.

I loved this card then and I love it now. Those colours are classic!
Very cute card! I like your clean and simple design. Thanks for the playing at Flashback Fridays.
The color combo is great! I like how you got all fancy and cut off the edge of the die cut. Doesn't it seem crazy that you ever existed without a die-cuter? LOL!
Such a gorgeous card, Lindsey! The colours are so beautiful, and I love the design. It's fun to be able to look back and see what you made, and be amazed ;) Love this!
Thanks so much for playing along! I've featured your card on the Flashback Friday blog!
