Of course you know I don't mean the delicious frozen treat. :D Yes, I'm the latest person to jump on the Gelatos bandwagon, and wow, are they fun! Here's my very first attempt at using these fun watercolour sticks:
I hope further use will lead to more finesse, but I'm still quite happy with how the background layer turned out. I clear-embossed the background stamp, rubbed three colours of Gelatos on, and blended them with my fingers! Could it be any simpler? A fancy sentiment and banner was all that was needed.
That's all from me for now, I have Gelatos to play with. ☺
Supplies: Stampin' Up very vanilla & melon mambo cardstock, watercolour paper, Impression Obsession roses cover-a-card & Judikins calligraphic sentiment stamps, Versamark & Memories black inks, clear embossing powder, Gelatos, My Favorite Things layered label dies, May Arts black ribbon, Queen & CO. black brads

WOW!!! Linds you did an amazing work with Gelatos. Love the softness and of coarse the colors.TFS
Gorgeous colours and a perfect background stamp to blend them over. I am having fun with my gelatos too but it is a bit of trial and error!

LOVE! It looks like just awesome fun :)
So pretty and they sound suspiciously easy to use. If the shopping ban ever ends I may have to try them...
I'm still trying to say no to gelatos... but golly girl, this pretty card makes it so hard. beautiful.
