I love this bird image, despite it being totally outside my usual style. I'd never tried stamping it on patterned paper before, but I think I like it! The branch is lightly sponged with vintage photo distress ink to give it a little dimension. For the sentiment... for the first time EVER I cut apart a stamp!!! In the kit All You Need, there is a transom window stamp with this sentiment right underneath. I knew I couldn't mask it successfully, so out came the craft knife. Scary, but I'm glad I did it.

Stamp cutting - welcome to the dark side! Way to go :) The first time is the hardest, of course. I LOVE the heart - and that branch - and that fab bird!!
This bird turned out lovely on patterned paper. And with the branch and pretty heart, even better. I cut my stamps sometimes too and hold my breath doing so. lol.
Love this design! I really like how you used two different color inks on the sentiment, it gives it more importance.
