How did I recycle? Let me count the ways...
- The bag itself originally held crafting goodies that I bought at The Rubber Stamp Store in St. Catharines. Wasn't it nice of them to give me a bag I could save and reuse?
- The snowflakes are punched from a card that a charity sent out... you know, the "here are some cards, please give us a donation" kind. I recycle them both by cutting out cute parts to incorporate into gift tags, and by using punches, as I did here.
- I had two narrow strips of silver pearl paper left over from trimming a sheet for a different project, so they became paper curls.
- The raffia and silver cord are "recycled" out of my Christmas wrapping stash.
- The snowflake background could almost count, too... my buddy Emily didn't want the stamp any more, so she recycled it on to me!

wow, what a wonderful glittery goodness of recycling! Love the end product, especially the punched snowflakes!! And yes, this is a perfect challenge for me LOL!!
Oh, Lindsey! This bag is so sweet! I love how you used so many recycled elements. Love the deer and how you added the glitter to the ornament.
Well, Recycling Queen, I think this card rocks! Love those sparkly snowflakes and that deer image is so cute!
My favorite part? Picturing your hoard of 1/2 inch slivers of paper that you will absolutely not throw away in case you ever have a challenge that will involve recycling for which you need some silver paper curls.
My other favorite parts include the glimmery awesomeness that is that snowflake background, your clever pre-printing coloring trick, and your psychedelic snowflakes!
OHHH! Super beautiful! LOVE the recycled elements--so clever! LOVE that deer too!!
