R is for Remembrance

November 11th: in Canada it is Remembrance Day, a day to honour those who have served for us, and the rights and freedoms we all enjoy.

It's only fitting then that the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers brings you our latest challenge, R is for REMEMBER

Here is my card...

You do have to keep in mind that this is a Snarky Sisters post, so here's the inside:

For the front of the card, I've called on patterned paper to do a lot of the work. The wood part of the chair is coloured with watercolour pencil, but the upholstery is patterned paper as is the wallpaper, baseboard and flooring.
Be sure to visit our challenge blog for lots more inspiration from the sisters as well as our latest Queen of Snark and guest designer, Alicia! Perhaps you will be next in line for one of the Sisterhoods' tiaras!
(P.S. I was up bright and early for the 25 Days of Christmas Tags!)

Supplies: white & black cardstock, Crate Paper Maggie Holmes patterned paper, Hero Arts Wish You Were Here stamps, Versafine onyx black ink, Ranger clear embossing powder, Strathmore watercolour pencils, Winnie & Walter Katharine cutaways die

Pin It Now!
