25 Days of Christmas Tags: Day 14

Day 14 of the 25 Days of Christmas Tags! Here we are, more than halfway through and at the end of the second week. Today our guest and sponsor is Lawn Fawn

Lawn Fawn definitely speaks to my love of cute. :) For my first tag, I combined cute with coffee and got this:

This is my first time inking up this cute beverage set! And I now know that I should have aligned the cappuccino foam to the bottom rim of the cup, but that's when one has to remind oneself: IT'S A TAG. The recipient is not going to pause and critically analyze the components. :D I used a red glitter pen to colour in the heart. Since you can't have too much sparkle at Christmas, I used the frame of the magic picture changer to die cut a sparkly frame - always good to stretch your dies! I didn't see a need for a sentiment. Since I'm using this stamp set for the first time, I'm linking up to the November NBUS challenge.

Since books are always on the present list at Christmas, I next made a couple of bookmark tags:

This Simply Celebrate set is perfect for a long, thin tag! Some simple colouring and some glitter marker made these quick and simple to make.

Finally, a card for today:

Although I have lots of Christmas Lawn Fawn stamp sets, it was fun to use the Critter Concert set along with the Little Music Notes dies to make a holiday card. I may also need a lifetime supply of this music patterned paper - it's easily recognizable as O Christmas Tree (some music patterned paper seems very random :D) and the little red and green hearts between the notes are adorable! A sentiment from Tiny Tag Sayings reinforces the Christmas theme. The trumpet and die cut notes are sparkled with Liquid Stardust - glittery magic in a tiny bottle!

You know the drill by now I'm sure - make a tag inspired by something you see from today's designers, and/or comment on today's designers' posts, and you become eligible for one of the many generous prizes offered by our sponsors! And you will have some beautiful tags to use come Christmas. ;)
