25 Days of Christmas Tags: Day 10

Day 10 of Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags! Getting to see so many people's tag creations has been a lot of fun so far, and I know the fun will continue! For all the details on this annual event, please click here. Today we are showcasing our guest and sponsor Simon Says Stamp

Simon Says Stamp generously sent the Tag Team some festive goodies to play with. I used the new Outline Winter Floral background stamp, bringing it out of the background, though:

After embossing the background in white on kraft cardstock, I used an ATC die to pick the section I wanted to colour. After cutting it out, I used watercolour pencils (dry) to shade in the flowers and leaves for Kathy Racoosin's The Daily Marker 30 Day colouring challenge. The flower centres and other dots were given some glitz with a little gold Smooch. (Can you even buy Smooch any more? Yes, I keep everything. And look, I use the stuff I keep sometimes, too!) The sentiment is from a Simon set so old, they probably don't remember selling it. :D

You will see a huge variety of tags on offer today, so be sure to stop by Tracey's blog, aka Tag Central! Commenting on designers' tags and/or creating your own inspired by the tags you see will put you in the running for a sponsor prize! What are you waiting for?

Our awesome sponsors!
