It's a Seize the Birthday Thursday! After a week of Christmas tags, I enjoyed the chance to take a break and make a birthday card. Especially with our newest topping option: CAS! (Clean and Simple)
I checked all the rules about making CAS cards, and nowhere could I find anything that said a CAS card couldn't also be funny. So that's the route I went...
This little bird is part of my first ever set of Paper Smooches stamps, and he's still a go-to for birthday cards! He was just the right size to fit under the giant speech bubble, and the speech bubble was just the right size for my sentiment. I added a little fun patterned paper to finish my CAS card.
Lots of beautiful creations to admire on the Seize the Birthday blog, from my teammates and our current surprise party guest, Marianne! People have birthdays at this time of year too ;) so why not join us!
Supplies: Neenah white cardstock, American Crafts Hip Hip Hooray patterned paper, Paper Smooches Birthday Buddies, Neat & Tangled A Lot to Say & Crackerbox Palace Immature Forever stamps, Versamark, Versafine onyx black & Catherine Pooler tiara ink, Ranger clear embossing powder, Copic markers, fun foam
