Here we are... Day 🌟25🌟 of Tracey McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags! (Shh, don't tell anyone, but somehow there is one more day tomorrow...) Today our guest and sponsor is Honey Bee Stamps!
I had great fun playing with my Honey Bee goodies! I ended up with a trio of tags:
The sentiments are all from a terrific stamp set called Santa Express. I really like the font! And all the tags are made from their Scallop Circle Gift tag. It includes two different inner circle dies plus a tag reinforcer. For an extra added bonus... the two patterned paper tags? That's from the bag Honey Bee packaged my order in! As soon as I saw it, I planned to use it for my tags. I discovered I had a perfect ink to coordinate with it - but finding appropriate ribbon was another story. :D Because the weight of the bag paper was fairly light, I backed it with white cardstock. And I had one of those days where I could not align them perfectly. When things like that happen, I confess to reminding myself that THESE ARE TAGS - let's face it, they tend to get even less attention than our carefully handcrafted cards! A closer look at each one:
Do you want to win a prize? Tracey has an amazing lineup of sponsors, and you can be eligible for a prize by making your own inspired tags or by commenting on the designers' posts daily! As a reminder, all the details of the tag event can be found here. And contrary to expectations, I'm back tomorrow with one more day of tags!

Great job in up-cycling and the tags are cutes. I know exactly what you mean by aligning them. Eek! It just doesn't to what you want it to do sometimes. [Bunny]
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea to re-use the packaging! It made some lovely tags!
ReplyDeletereally love the simple white on plaid! I have soooo much to do to catch up. ack!
ReplyDeleteThese tags are just all-around fun! I still have my 'bag' awaiting some play. I'm crushing over the font of this set and, given more time, would make oodles of tags using them! Now I 'need' that scallop circle tag!
