Graduation

Last week, we attended the graduation of one of our nieces. Of course I had to make a card. ;)


I played with what may be my new favourite toy... Perfect Pearls! I love the shimmery effect. I wanted an inspirational quote for this card, so found this one by Eleanor Roosevelt and printed it out. 
This card is going in several challenges. Although the Paper Smooches stamp I used is small, I think it's pivotal to the overall design, so this is going into this week's Trend Watch (gold) challenge. Shopping Our Stash is having an Anniversary/Graduation challenge. CAS-ual Fridays is looking for Congratulations cards. And Simon Says Stamp has one of their Anything Goes challenges! 

 Supplies: white & Stampin' Up basic black & real red cardstock, Hero Arts Time to Stamp & Paper Smooches Smarty Pants stamps, Ranger Perfect Medium ink, bisque Perfect Pearls, Stampin' Up ticket corner punch, pop-dot tape
